I believe that Optimen is the best multi out there right now, its also affordable ($18.99 for 60 days) and practical since it only has 3 pills. I love the idea of taking 1 pill with breakfast lunch and dinner to space out the doses.
WebA lot of other vitamin pills have >100% as a lot of vitamins that are not used pass through urine. However, 1)the percentage on optimen is crazy >1000 is normal, also 2) there are a lot of ingredients that are not regular vitamins (A,D, E, etc) and I do not no all of them.
