For example: About 80% of the NCR NPCs have the looks from dragbody's overhaul. Yet some NCR soldiers have vanilla looks. In goodsprings the settlers have vanilla looks (Isn't that supposed to be changed by FCO?). WebAug 19, 2015 · I know with a certainty that Fallout Character Overhaul is the culprit, as when I completely uninstall said mod the correct textures display for the eyes. I'm sure some will say "simply remove any .dds files that correlate with eye textures from FCO that are in your data folder".
