WebAug 26, 2024 · I'd suggest you unlink everything in Bluetooth settings and start over. Your system 'should' update (assuming there's one available) via Entune anytime the app is on in your phone and the car is started. You'll see a pop-up telling you there's an update and asking if you want to do it now? I have a 2024 RAV4 and have been experiencing similar problems. Both my phone and my wife’s will connect with Bluetooth but the caller can not hear me. I tried removing both our phones, restarting my phone, reset all settings to default and wiggling the review mirror.
